You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and not for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account. You shall not share your account or password with anyone. - Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Software, including copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and other proprietary rights are, and will remain, the exclusive property of the Company. - Privacy
